What is the general price range for joining a fraternity at unc, per semester? I wasn't able to find much information online and I want to be well prepared going into the year

DKE, Phi Gam, and Beta are all the most expensive. Not sure about Phi Delt, SAE, or Chi Phi.

Sigma Nu is unreasonably expensive considering they never do anything cool.

Phi delt chiphi and sae are each about 3k a semester.

DKE is the most expensive. About 5k a semester.

You don't live in the house your first year. But average is probably about 2500 a semester
