Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 3.2 Definitely getting better. Newest pledge class is full of cute, nice guys. They're definitely losing their creepy reputation. These guys do know how to throw down and they're parties are generally really fun. With their good location and another solid new pledge class, they can keep improving.
