Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 1.0 Worst of the “popular” frats. The other big frats won’t have combined parties with them and they needed to fabricate stories about the others to get pledges. Probably the most disliked fraternity among the frats. Don’t join them- you can do better anywhere!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 1.4 From 2015-2017, Phi Delt was the top of the top in terms of frats here at UNC. No one could really compete with them. But since PC'18 and PC'19, Phi Delt has become the worst of the Big 4. PC'18 really was an embarrassment with the privileged and arrogant out of state kids and then PC'19 has just been flat out weirdos. Phi Delt was always consistently the best frat on campus but recently they are the worst of the big 4 and it's not even close

From 2015-2017, Phi Delt was the top of the top in terms of frats here at UNC. No one could really compete with them. But since PC'18 and PC'19, Phi Delt has become the worst of the Big 4. If phi delt is not top house in all of greek life everywhere, then I simply dont know who is. The guys are super hot and party hard af. Their foyer parties are filled with tons of liq and dime pieces every time. Truly embody the "work hard, PLAY HARD" vibe with their sick marathon philanthropy, which we all got hammered for last year btw. Not to mention these guys are the kingpen of the kush business in Chapel Hill, dankest gas on campus no question! Overall, real dope frat, and if youre a freshman, done even rush DKE Fiji or Beta, because Phi Delta is in a league of their own.

But overall they’re a great time. That being said, they love the typical frat lifestyle and only hang w the typical frat stereotypes. Not much diversity in this frat. Despite all this, they’re still undeniably the most popular house on campus and a lot of fun. Some of the guys could have a little more class and authenticity.

There’s a reason why dke beta and phi gam don’t socialize with them anymore.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 3.4 Was at one of their parties while I was visiting a friend. Had to do a double take when I saw Ellen degeneres hitting a juul behind the bar. On second look I realized it was one of the brothers (might have been a beta not sure).
