Terrible sophomore pc hated by everyone including themselves, which showed for freshman pc. Gave out over 40 bids and only got 15. Def on the decline. Half of their class is cool other half is wack

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 2.0 Phi Delt is straight up not a top fraternity anymore. They have 12 kids in their freshman pledge class, a testament as to how no one sees them as cool anymore. Their brotherhood is always poor, many sophomores don’t even live in the house because they don’t like their own pledge class.
