Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 4.0 Guys here are def care how they're perceived popularity wise. Equal parts nice guys and douches. They throw ok parties but usually only have beer. Can't really complain. Pretty good music though. Phi Delt guy once told me he couldn't talk to me because I wasn't in a top sorority.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 3.4 Big four for sure but ever since they got put on probation haven't been able to do anything. I think they'll be back in 2024? Expensive dues/alumni are keeping them afloat until then.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 5.0 Phi delt has the best mix of guys out there. Phi delt has the best mix of guys out there. Everyone on this website who trolls them does it because they are jealous they aren’t one of them.
