Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 3.5 Known as hot and top tier but there's really no basis for this other than that's the way it has been for a while. Their parties lately are lacking because all the guys have girlfriends or just want to pay attention to their bros. Classy frat for sure. Attractive guys but not very interesting
