Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 4.8 i love going here. they have really fun parties. top tier for sure, probably number 2 after dke. the guys are really cute and classy. great house, all the basketball players love coming here. many sorority girls' favorite spot. constant competition with dke. most parties are late nights(12am) which is awesome. rumors that they put weird stuff in drinks. just be careful. overall one of my favorite places to go.
