Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 5.0 These guys are our favorite in chapel hill. We all feel comfortable at their parties and they have more than anyone else at UNC. Always something going on Thursdays, Fridays, saturdays and most Tuesdays. Their house has the best set up for everything. Day parties, night raves, you name it. Most socially active fraternity and it pays. Always have the most girls at their parties. their LDOC beer slide was amazing.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 5.0 Straight guys. Best parties in CH if you can make the trek. Freshman pledge class is top and I know most of them. If you're looking for the traditional tfm frat experience go phi Delt DKE or beta.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 5.0 Great guys. Keeping chapel hill at the top of college party scenes. I'd say either top fraternity on campus or second only to DKE. Still. They kill all their parties and have by far the nicest house in CH.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 4.8 i love going here. they have really fun parties. top tier for sure, probably number 2 after dke. the guys are really cute and classy. great house, all the basketball players love coming here. many sorority girls' favorite spot. constant competition with dke. most parties are late nights(12am) which is awesome. rumors that they put weird stuff in drinks. just be careful. overall one of my favorite places to go.
