Switch out Zetes with Alpha Sig and it's a solid list. Also TKE got a really good COB pledge class so they might be above pixies. And DEB is on the rise, don't sleep on it.

It’s the kids that rush around and realize that none of the actual fraternities here are gonna take their 1.2 gpa so they go crow dke or sio or even like dp or beta
