Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Southwestern Oklahoma State University - SWOSU 5.0 They throw the best parties. They pull the hottest girls. They may not be the biggest but they are the most involved. I bet they pull a huge pledge class this fall. If I was a guy I would rush them over any fraternity on campus.
