Actually they do have freshmen dropping like flies. I have a friend in KD and apparently they have like 40something 19s left. They're over quota because they informally rushed last year and have a ton of 18s.

It doesn't matter how big KDs 19 class is. If they're above quota (which apparently they are) they're above quota. It's not that complicated...
