Why is Delts Top?

Part of me just doesn't understand why Delta Tau Delta (Delts) is the top house? Just because they had John Summit over doesn't mean they should be touse... the parties suck, the house is a ****hole, and honestly the kids are total dicks and think they are better than everybody else. To me it just seems like a bunch of losers who are just riding the touse name because of milestones by older generations, they aren't even affiliated with IFC. Oh, and not to mention, their pc kinda sucks and is full of rich kids who pay dues higher than the price of their educations.

So funny how one the one thing that is consistent across GR, has been that everyone thinks that other houses PCs suck, and most think their own PCs suck.
