ok so i signed up for like all the google forms for COB, but do they like pick and choose who they text or do they text everyone bc i havent gotten texts from like gphi or theta..

Only the houses that reallyyyyyy need more girls usually reach out to pnms, a lot of houses just host cob events and go from there.

There are a couple houses not doing cob
