It seems like the houses in different mid tiers always switch places all the time but they’re all mid at the end of the day. The top houses have changed significantly after the theta incident (as it should). Also gphi and theta are no longer top 4. Historical prestige can’t save them

Let's be honest- Theta has benefited from historical prestige for a while, but those days are over. GPHI has never had any significant prestige. They had a pretty good pledge class like 3-4 years ago. That's all. It's not accurate to put them in the same category as other consistently strong houses.
