AXO isn’t number 2 or number 3 and Phi Mu isn’t on campus anymore and hasn’t in almost a year lol

As an outsider, AXO is def a top tier house. So is Theta, So is DG (obviously). There's no doubt about it, unless you are in a house that is ranked below them. There are several other good houses- Tri-Delt, KD, XO, Aphi....But none of these are better than the three "top tier". It's pretty obvious when you actually go here and are not biased AF and ranking your own house.
