Can international students rush?

wondering if top or upper middle haus take international students? will it be kinda awkward that English is not my native language? I’m kinda good looking tho, will that gimme some chance to get a bid? (Plan on rush chi o next year btw, plzzz i need advice)

I think most houses are going to look at the same things they're looking at U.S. students. If they're looking for outgoing, cute, and intelligent girls.....AND YOU HAVE THOSE TRAITS.....then your international spin will only work in your favor. Everyone loves a European accent.
