New version of rankings

All these "top house" rankings are no good. Not everyone wants the same "type" of house. Here is a simplified and practical ranking:

JOIN: DG, AXO, Theta, GPhi, PiPhi, KKG, XO, ADPi, PhiMu

DON'T JOIN: APhi, DDD, AXiD, AOPi

EH: KD, DZ, PSS, AGD

AEPhi and SDT - specialty houses - if you fit, join.

Girl, you are so right!! I also love that you can see through the stupid ranks and drama that seems to run rampant during primary recruitment. Thought I might be the only one!

It makes all the sense in the world. It strips away fake "status"-type criteria like looks and popularity, and replaces them with a very simple criterion: Is it a house with a positive, friendly environment where a PNM can expect to have fun and make great friends.

In a nutshell, if my little sister was rushing, would I recommend she join this house?

And the variety of houses listed reflects the fact that people and their personalities and preferences vary.

Why not DDD? All the girls I have met in that house have actually had a personality and been really chill- thinking of doing informal next semester for them.

SIGGGHHHHHH It's not "above", it is whether it is a positive environment. And based on your insult of a sweet group of girls, I am even more sure that my analysis is correct.

As far as rankings I would put KD and DDD as upper mid, not top. But who cares about rankings, we are all adults, we are not in high school. It is it THAT important for you to be a "popular kid"? Geez, get over your HS failings and move on with your life! And btw after sophomore year, no one here cares.
