Someone already posted this but posting it again because it should’ve gotten way more attention that how it did. This is the best ranking for now. Similar to what the OP posted but with a couple minor changes.
Top: SAE, Pike, Sigs, Delts, ATO

Yes I definitely agree with this one. Even though Delts is suspended that doesn’t automatically knock them out of the top houses. It does hurt them but not enough to consider them below top. The mid could be rearranged but I don’t really have an issue with it now. Some say that ZBT will still be in front of D Chi and I can agree with that. Phi Psi definitely fits in that mid tier. Yes they were upper mid last semester but right now they deserve to be put down there at mid last. The lower mid to lower bottom I would say is pretty accurate. Some will say DU or PSK up one to mid but those two houses are not in the same level as the other ones on mid just based of quality of sororities they hang with for their socials, pc, history and basic popularity.
