3 tier strat ranking

Ranking all 19 strats within only 3 tiers. Can be limiting with only 3 tiers but im taking into account social habits and rankings the past few years. My opinion:))
upper: dg, theta, aphi, axo, tri delt, kd, gphi
middle: xo, kkg, axid, pi phi, phi sig
lower: adpi, dz, aoii, sdt, agd, phi mu, aephi
