Which frats have the nicest physical house?

Phi delt looks nice from the outside, but is a total dump once you step inside. This goes for Delts too

This is so dumb. So many houses on-campus are all right next to these houses. Delts definitely has the best location.

I’m not in sigs but they have a great location, a big parking lot, and a volleyball court which is something not many other houses have. Chill dude

Acacia is still a frat backed by their nationals and still lives in their house. LXA does not. Also the post didn’t ask about physical looks. There are other factors that play into what a “nice” house is.
