Are sdt and adpi considered lower tier houses?

Adpi is higher than sdt in my opinion, but both are lower tiers. Both houses are filled with great people, so do not let that discourage you. I have friends in both and they’re happy.

Theta still one of upper srats but not well respected or known as classy

most classy is DGs , friendly Upper is KD. Smart low tier is SDT and there are few other that are pretty respected like Kappa, Adpi, Aopi, Aphi
