Why do they skimp on the food servings? Why do they do that?

the chipotle on green is wack. had/has an ant problem

Every time I go I feel like they give like 60% of food that I would get from any other chipotle. I get that it is super popular and always packed and you have to make sure there’s enough for everybody but they really do be skimping
