Nobody else is on these houses level in terms of bar pull, parties, and brotherhood. Anyone who says differently is just trying to promote their house to stupid freshman who know nothing about Greek life here

I’m the OP and from what I can tell they’re still a top house whether the university recognizes them or not. They still block, they still can have parties, they will still rush a big class, and they will still hang with the sororities they did before.
If you’d like to explain how they’re not a top house anymore I’m sure people would be willing to reconsider

We'll see what happens in the fall. They're in the same position lambda was in a year back.

@OP, Acacia can hang in there in a while, but long term activity as an unrecognized house is doubtful.
At some point nationals will shut them down, if not alums. They have no recognition from the university, but also no protection. When they finally do shut down, the standard is to wait 4 years before restarting. Can't put it off forever.
