How to lose 10 lbs
by: fitI know this website is for greek life stuff, but I was wondering if anyone had any good weight loss tips/ diets/ workouts they like. I’m trying to lose 10lbs before the start of summer and wanted multiple opinions on the best way to achieve that. I’m already anticipating a bunch of trolls and d bags writing lewd stuff, but I don’t care. I just want honest advice and feel free to make fun of me all you want

I like eating a lot of snacks, so if you’re like me I recommend getting something small and healthy to snack on throughout the day. Don’t starve yourself Bc that will slow your metabolism. Just make sure whatever you’re eating is low sugar. I personally like snacking on carrots and other veggies, granola, almonds, fruits occasionally, and cheese. Stay away from soda and even juice, drink a lot of water. Also try to find workout videos you can follow, even a little activity a day is better than none at all.

cut out all sugar and many carbs, especially starchy potatoes, any flour/bread/pasta is a no, stick to water, no juices, mainly stick to proteins like chicken,fish,lean meats,eggs,green veggies,salads,nuts.berries in limited amounts. Keto/low carb is a great way to drop weight fast if you can do it~good luck!!!
