I think KDR is really underrated they have great rush parties. Theta Chi is ok, but the group of guys are a little odd but still cool.

Theta Chi has a decent rep. Chill guys who are very friendly. They can act a little weird at times, but are overall cool. KDR has a decent rep; they are nice but pretty geeky. They throw good parties, but the parties are usually filled with geeds

They just don’t have a “top house” rep. They’re geeky, but that doesn’t mean they have a bad rep. I think they’re really fun/funny. Chill dudes we just had a pregame with them.

What are you even talking about? “They just don’t have a top house rep” Both these houses are not even considered middle tier. KDR is definitely irrelevant but at least Theta Chi is somewhat upper bottom
