who has the best physical chapter house?

I’m an incoming freshman and have heard good things about acacia and pike. Can someone rank the houses for me?

I’d say the best physical houses are pike, acacia, alpha sigs, sigs, and phi psi (probably forgetting one but I’m not gonna sit here thinking of it lmao)

Obviously they are different but are pretty interchangeable in terms of size and living conditions
