new frat rank 2020

I understand this isn’t the same copy and paste list you’ve seen, but this is what I think now that I have some tenure on campus. Tried my best to be unbiased

Top: Delts, SAE, Acacia, Sigs
Lower Top: Pike, Ato, Phi Psi, ZBT,
Upper Mid: Phi Delt, Fiji, A Sig, Sigep
Mid: Agger, D Chi, Pi Kapps, PSK
Lower Mid: T Chi, DU, Theta Xi, AEPI, Psi U, SNU
Bottom: Rest

I’m not in a frat but this is fairly accurate. Move some “top” frats to lower top and some “upper middle” to middle then it will be more accurate.

@2024 You should keep your options open all throughout rush but top houses will be worth it when you get through pledgeship

Acacia to upper mid now since they just f’d up and got recognition taken away by the university and might get kicked off in the near future who knows and who gives a fu€k. Move Sigs down to lower top after ATO. I don’t feel like A Sig belongs in the upper mid. I’ve never heard of any girl say A Sigs throw down like the others on that upper mid tier so move them down to mid tier.

I agree with that but I don’t think acacia should be upper mid because I feel like they still belong in the lower top since they can still have socials.

Phi Psi self ranks too much. If you are really a top frat you don’t need to be self ranking. Watch them downvote this comment. Zeebs I see you guys been active here lately. According to this rank, I fall in the upper mid tier which I agree with but Phi Psi and ZBT have been active here lately and it is not a good look.
