I made the mistake of agreeing to rush spring semester instead of just doing it in the fall. I'm really bored and rarely see any of my friends who are pledging. How do I find some parties to go to? I'm not 19 yet so I can't hit the bars.

I assume/hope you are starting to talk to some of the houses you are interested in. If so, and if you are cool, they will begin to invite you to their parties, either at their house or at apartments/senior house. Just hang in there a bit, that should happen. Also make friends with the guys in your dorm that are pledges.
