pikes top?

Are Pikes even top tier anymore? It seems like they are no longer that selective, and are riding their old rep as long as they can.

Kind of like ATO...

Might get some hate for this, but Pikes have been declining since they got their new house. Kids just join to live in a nice apartment (which is how the house was built, based on reading their own website). And they no longer have the fire in them to recruit top kids.
