frat life for sophomores?

I need honest opinions on this,

First semester I had rushed and had gotten bids, but not by any of my top fraternities that I wanted so I did not accept any of them. This semester I had rushed and felt I was going to get a bid from one of the fraternities I wanted but ended up in getting some legal trouble which caused me to stop rushing. I will be a sophomore next fall and I am wondering the likelihood of getting a bid and where to rush around to.
