If you need to be in a house to get girls then you already failed. Other than that what is the point
It's just a bunch of letters and words, I don't understand the big deal.
When I'm walking around campus I just wear my roomates letters even though I'm not in the house because it's just another shirt and doesn't even mean anything lmao.

If it didn't matter, you would not be posting here...you would be like the 99% of unaffiliated kids that just enjoy their college experience. And that's perfectly fine, it's not for everyone.
Sounds like you are dealing with some insecurities or perhaps feelings of inadequacy, or feeling like you are missing out because you did not join. And puffing out your chest and saying this stuff to try to negate those feelings. But that will not work. Just move on, and enjoy this great university.
