which sororities are most down to earth?

Keep in mind though that a "better social" may lead to events with more superficial guys. Just something to keep in mind but ultimately it's about where you feel most comfortable.

All houses have a mix of girls. Each house has ~200 girls. You'll find your friends & your places. Top houses stereotypically rush more on "looks". But I could name girls in those houses who are down to earth and girls in lower houses who are brats. Every house is a mix. Keep an open mind!

Informal rush is also an option for the upcoming semester if you don't wanna wait til the fall! More laid back than formal and you can spend more time talking to the girls, but not all sororities do informal. You can potentially receive more than one bid, unlike formal, and choose which to accept (like frat rush). There's prob more info on the PHC website

I checked the website and found that for informal you can add yourself to a list and that way the sororities doing informal recruitment will see your name!
You should also ask around and find out what houses are doing informal this semester! There wasn't a list of the houses doing informal on the site

I’d add AOPi to this too. Feel like they don’t care about rank even more than these houses. They are who they are and embrace it.
