informal sorority recruitment

Not sure formal recruitment is for me. Which chapters usually do informal?

I know DZ usually does. PSS did last year and so did phi mu. but dont count on informal because it always changes depending on people who join in the fall.

Chapters usually try to not to informal because there's just not as many girls to choose from and a slight stigma admittedly. If a house doesn't make quota, they may do informal, but may choose not to. Many houses right now considered "top" are not meeting quota and would rather pay a fine than do informal.

Just a heads up pretty sure no chapters are allowed to do spring informal this year, they literally just sent out info today about that so I wouldn't count on it!

It totally depends on chapter total and how many had December grads. If some don't get to total they bring down average size that affects all. There are some great girls available for a bid in the spring.
