frat stereotypes

I am really interested in rushing my freshman year and I was wondering what are the stereotypes for each fraternity? Which frat is the stereotypical academic one? Which frat has the strongest brotherhood? Which frat has the strongest bar pull? Which frat is best for networking? etc. From what I've read, I know that Sig Ep has weak brotherhood. And Pike, Sigs, Delts are top tier.
