SAE- Always will be king
Kappa Sig- Just a notch below, still really damn good
Pike- The island holds them back
Sigma Chi- Very good, just very quiet and lowkey honestly
Aepi- Rage face, get red tagged
(North Cherry)- Are they forsure gone? Kingdom is still gonna be a banger
Upper Middle
Theta Chi- Need more houses or a better location to be top
Sammy- On the come up
KA- Good group, location holds them back
Beta- Weird rep with girls, most houses got red tagged this year, see how they fair with the sugar shack though
Middle
ZBT- Chillen
Sig Ep- If they're dry they won't even be mid, maybe think about panhellenic
Bottom
Zeta Psi- Moving to a new complex probably be mid, Idk how they will be more than a mid house though
Phi Delt- Teener and the Boat house next year? theyre killin all the fun off campuses houses
TDX- Good pc need to grow more
Pi Kapp- Taking back north cherry next fall I wonder how that will go for them
Theta Xi- Not very known but are moving onto the row next to Sammy? howd they make that move
Sig tau- Need to grow, and get closer to campus
AKL/Phi Tau- Life support?
