I go to siuc and we are facing a member review, I planned on transferring here and joining the chap here, what goes during a mem review. What will they ask.

If your SIUC chapter is facing a membership review, that means there will be several members getting kicked out and the whole chapter will go through re-organization. You maybe one that may face expulsion so I would not count joining the UIUC chapter as of yet.
