seems that TriDelt is the only top house that is gonna keep its "top house" rank after this years recruitment. DG and theta did a not so well job this year. leaves room for gphi or alpha phi to take their places which moves axo, kappa, and kd up too

AXO would be next IF theta and DG were considered lower. really ranks don't matter as much now because all the houses have a good mix of girls. yes, some are definitely improving like gphi and kappa however every house is good and parties with fun, nice frats

Yes - the differences between sororities are MUCH smaller than they used to be.

including the ones considered bottom. Have you seen some of those beauties in DZ? I really don't think that people care anymore about how high the house is. They are more concerned about how comfortable they feel around the girls in the house. Which by the way is a much more mature way of looking at it.
