drop after bidding & phi mu

I thought I would be able to drop a week or two after bid day if I don't feel comfortable with the girls I get a bid from & go through recruitment for Phi Mu. Is that not the case?
If it's not, I'm starting to feel like I made a mistake last night. But I didn't know that might not be an option until we got our preference cards.

I don't know if that is an option and feel bad you think you may have made a mistake. Did you pref because you just want to be Greek or because you felt some connection along the way?
If you get a bid please go into it with open eyes. You will never click with 100% of the house. And I am hopeful you had some positive connection along the way.

If you preffed and get a bid today then phi Mu will not want you as a new member.
You went through the whole process and should commitment to a house by attending pref and if you get a bid you should stick with that chapter. Phi Mu will look at you like your too wishy washy and perhaps won't commit to them either. You have no idea who is going to pledge PM and if you are going to like it better than where you may accept a bid from.
