Why don't they rent Zeta's old house? PM nationals can afford it. Seems like a win/sin.

Zeta's house is in a terrible location. Beautiful home, but terrible location.

The Zeta house is also on the market for sale. I don't think any greek organization could survive on practically the furthest point from campus. I would love to see Zeta return because are huge nationally and have a fascinating history.

The Zeta house is for sale over the market value of the house and has a predicted $2.5 million renovation cost coming with it. Would take a very large group to make that happen, and it definitely wouldn't happen within the next year.
