any tips? how does it work as in what do houses look for each round? it seems crazy that decisions are made based on quick conversations with little other information. any advice?

Some look at recommendations. All will check social media. Clean yours up now Some only judge on appearance

they look at how enthusiastic you are, if you act like u don't wanna be there then they don't want you there. they look at how put together you are, do you get along with you you talked to, are you awkward or talkative, etc
