Of course your individual grades are important, but a difference of 0.1 GPA for 150 girls is immaterial.
I know a girl who had virtually all straight A's (accounting) all 4 years. She interviewed with all the top consulting firms. None made her an offer.
Of course you should study hard. But other factors are also important.
