Honestly don’t get all that hype for this house, very much agree with below review on low quality of theta 23s now 24s also. looks like a pattern. Not that other so called upper sororities much better but thetas as a group way ruder and arrogant w/no reason to carry on. Total Attitude, much overrated

For years and years KAO was a top house. For the last 3 years it hasn’t been as good. I’d say they are slowly sliding down to the middle tier. They need to work on their sisterhood (lots of fighting within the house). Unfortunately they are now #4 or #5. After this zoom rush class they’ll be lower.

Who cares about the reviews left on Greekrank? They’re mostly negative and completely inaccurate. The important thing to do is for you and your friends to sign up for formal recruitment!! You won’t regret it, and you can find the link in all the srats and phc’s Instagram bios. Or you can sign up through the Panhellenic council’s website. This will be the easiest year ever since you can do it from the comfort of your own home!!

Theta is still one of the top ranked srats here and they get slammed unfairly along with other upper tier houses just because it’s an anonymous site so don’t believe most of the trash posted on here. Great house with great girls!!!! They get along with other top srats and frats, lets just stop the Hating on them!!!
