They are mid tier, but their ranks make them out to be top tier. Talking to the girls here, you get a little bit of a superficial vibe, but individually they all seem nice and kind. Mainly just giving a bad rank because they have way too many self ranks, and it is very obvious

If Farmhouse is the king of self ranks, Kappa Delta is the queen. They are mid tier, but their ranks make them out to be top tier. Kappa Delta - ΚΔ Sorority at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 4.2 I've met a couple of KD girls. While they obviously only accept very pretty skinny and (usually) blonde girls, all of the girls I've talked to are very sweet. And that house is beautiful. (and wheelchair accessible! props for taking that initiative) :)
