When rich alums and parents get-together to refurnish a XO home, they go all the way. Nothing stays. Thus the estate/fire sale.

I always see these girls around campus and they seem decently genuine. I didn't rush but kinda wish I did cuz they all seem like rly welcoming girls. Never hear bad things about them. Like that they don't seem to care where they rank and get involved in that whole drama thing
