Pretty bottom house but that's nothing against them I mean they were reinstalled in the 90s. Either way, Theta Chi seems to be on the rise; they have had good PCs last couple of years. Good group of guys. I have nothing bad to say about them but nothing necessarily great either

Honestly not the biggest party frat, but the guys have good brotherhood and it is one of the safer houses on campus. Always a good time

Every time I’ve gone to one of their parties I’ve had a good time. Definitely not a top tier house, but I like the 22’s and everyone else seems cool

We PG with these guys all the time. They’re pretty chill and super kind. Some are a little weird but not in a bad way. They also throw good parties.
