Very cyclical house in terms of dominance. -1940's -1965 best house on campus- -Vietnam Era -1970's declined -1980's - 1990's royalty -2000 lost charter and would have lost house if not for alumni -2013 ascending again -2020 history repeats itself Due to their inconsistent nature, they rate middle tier.........
