Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 4.0 These guys are for sure a top house. They’re all absolute idiots, but girls love them for that reason. Literally all alcoholics, but have super fun events. Can’t see em lasting that long on campus anymore tbh

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 3.9 Mostly North Shore kids in SAE, much of which facilitates their rep as a wealthy house. Have heard of a few instances were the guys were a bit rude, but otherwise have heard that they throw fun parties and have a solid brotherhood. Maybe not everyone's favorite house, but definitely deserving of lower-upper tier spot (right along with ATO)

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 3.0 I read that SAE doesn't have an official pledge program--they initiate people within 4 days of accepting a bid. So you could meet some guy for 30 seconds at a rush BBQ and then 4 days later he's a full-fledged brother. That's just very strange. I'm pretty sure any serial killer could get a bid and then act "normal" enough for the next 4 days...
