Psi Upsilon - ΨΥ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 2.2 Rushed here 2 times. Can't quite put my finger on the cause, but there is just something odd about this place. Nice physical plant and location, but the bros are somehow too fussy and prissy about the wrong stuff. I really had a hard time picking middle or bottom, tier for them, but could not see how my friends or me could ever join here.
