Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 2.9 The Skulls are a chill house. Their dj for halloweekend at least was playing good music. Some of their pledges are very arrogant which is weird because this is not a touse, they just got back on campus.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 4.5 These guys r great. Friendly, not uptight, welcoming. For starting up slowly, soon enough they'll be well known. 2 parties back to back - crazy!!!

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 1.4 They used to be the worst house on campus. Now, they have not existed here for years. I think they still own the house on Chalmers most recently used by AXiD, so they may have some money. But I can't imagine them ever returning. They were a bunch of guys that sat around watching TV and playing video games all day.
