Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 1.0 Barely can recruit. Parties are terrible, no social scene. Random geeds are the only people I can even imagine coming to their events. BOUSE. Wouldn’t be surprised if they mysteriously disappeared in a few years.
